Funder Relations Manager

CJA is looking for an experienced Funder Relations Manager to oversee a foundation portfolio, lead grant writing and compliance, and supervise resource mobilization staff. The right candidate is a skilled writer and project manager who can juggle multiple deadlines, navigate complex grant requirements, and build strong funder relationships, all while centering grassroots leadership and racial, economic, and climate justice. Experience managing a portfolio of $6M or more and familiarity with advocacy-aligned philanthropy are a plus.
