People Operations Lead

CJA is hiring a People Operations Lead to manage key elements of our HR ecosystem, including benefits administration, HRIS, employee changes, and hiring and offboarding processes, and to serve as a trusted first point of contact for staff questions and concerns. This role will be a great fit for a detail and solutions-oriented HR generalist with sound independent judgment, a people-first approach, and a deep commitment to CJA’s values.
